Dear HTLA families,
Our COVID-19 testing program with the California Department of Health’s Valencia Branch Lab and Color begins August 9, 2021. All staff and students will be required to undergo weekly COVID-19 testing, regardless of your vaccination status. In order for your child to participate in testing, you’ll need to register them for testing.

A parent or guardian must register any minor under 18 years old. You’ll give a one-time consent and HIPAA authorization to share their results with the school and district. All questions included in registration are required for California state public health reporting. You’ll be asked for insurance information, but please note this program is free.
Testing will occur:
9th and 10th Grade students
During bootcamp on Monday, August 9th
11th and 12th Grade students for your convince students can either come (along the access road)
Wednesday, August 11: 9 AM- 12 PM
Or
Thursday, August 12: 4 PM – 7PM
